SeedQuest Help

SeedQuest is an independent digital platform for agricultural analysis, field trials, and breeding support. The system is designed to help agronomists, breeding teams, and agricultural companies structure, analyze, and interpret data from real-world field experiments.

This SeedQuest instance is built upon the open SGN / Breedbase ecosystem and customized for SeedQuest-specific workflows, crops, trial designs, and analytical approaches.

SeedQuest is a decision-support platform. All outputs are intended to assist professional judgment and do not constitute guaranteed recommendations, regulatory guidance, or scientific publications. Users remain responsible for data quality, interpretation, and field-level validation.

Learning resources

SeedQuest intentionally preserves upstream documentation and training materials so users can quickly learn how to use the underlying system and its tools.

Scientific credits and citation

SeedQuest is built upon scientific and technical foundations developed within the Sol Genomics Network (SGN) and the Breedbase ecosystem, with contributions from multiple academic institutions, including the Boyce Thompson Institute and collaborating research organizations.
